Allotment of tents to guests arriving before check-in time will be subject to availability.
Distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo in Kutch is approx. 85 km, which takes about 1 hr 45 min.

08:30 AM onwards Complimentary Tour to Mandvi Kutch Mandvi is an important beach famous among travellers for peace and solitude. Mandvi has beautiful white sand, serene locales and enchanting views. Distance from Rann Utsav-The Tent City, Dhordo is 140 km (approx.).
11:30 AM to 12:30 PM Visit Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial Shyamji Krishna Varma was born on 04th October, 1857 in the Mandvi town of Kutch district of Gujarat. He was one of the foremost freedom fighters in the history of the freedom movement in India. The memorial's objective is to pay tribute to Shyamji Krishna Varma and educate the young generation about the Indians who sacrificed everything for the country's freedom.
01:30 PM to 02:00 PM Visit to Vijay Vilas Palace The great palace of Mandvi was built in 1929 by His Highness Vijay Singhji, the Maharao of Kutch, as a summer resort. This palace has a domed terrace that gives a panoramic view of the sea. The interiors have an office-like structure, where the king used to work.

Smritivan Earthquake Museum, Bhuj The Smritivan Earthquake Museum, Bhuj is situated on the Bhujiyo Dungar. It was constructed in remembrance of the victims of the devastating 2001 Gujarat earthquake. The Sun-point at the memorial is situated on top of Bhujiyo Dungar, providing a panoramic view of the city as well as breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset.

INCLUSIONS

  • Pick up from Bhuj ( Railway Station / Airport ) to Dhordo . All transfers shall be in AC coaches On S.I.C. basis
  • Complimentary Refreshment in bus
  • Lunch, Evening Tea & Dinner on 1st day. Morning Tea , Breakfast , Lunch , Evening Tea & Dinner on 2nd day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd day . The Meals will be served on scheduled time in respective dining area and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd day.
  • Visit to White Rann on day 1 and visit to Kala Dungar on day 2 . These tour cannot be interchanged. Those guests who missed the visit as per scheduled package may be included on request on chargeable basis .
  • Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis.
  • Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent will be provided.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • 100% Refund if cancelled 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
  • 90% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 30 days prior to schedule arrival date but less than 45 days to scheduled arrival date.
  • 60% refund if cancelled more than or equal to 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date but less than 30 days to scheduled arrival date.
  • No refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • Change in guest/guests names would be treated as Cancellation. 
  • In case of any date change ₹3000/Per Tent + 18% GST will be charged, in addition to rate difference charges if any. 
  • Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes. 
  • GST shall be charged as per applicable. 
  • In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).
